Can the PROMPT Flex Standard be expanded later?
Yes, and that is exactly what it is built for. Available options include the postpartum haemorrhage module, the compression suture uterus, the cervical dilatation and effacement set, the extended caesarean section module, the operative vaginal birth module, cervical cerclage and lower legs.
Can I train postpartum haemorrhage with the PROMPT Flex Standard?
Not with the base model. With the Postpartum Haemorrhage Kit (item no. LT80112) you extend the simulator with an atonic uterus that gives haptic feedback, up to 2.5 liters of simulated blood loss, plus compression suture and uterine artery ligation.
How heavy is the PROMPT Flex Standard and can it be transported?
The model weighs 19.8 kg, measures 57 cm width × 39 cm height × 86 cm length, and is supplied in a wheeled carry case – designed for moving between training venues and for in-situ training.
